1701  H.H. Sultan 'Ali VII ibnu Vazir Ibrahim Shahbandaru Svasti Sri Mata Maha Sri Bari Kusa Furadana Sri Kula Ranmuiy Danala Vira Singha Navaranna Kirti Audana Kathiri Buwana Maha Radun, Sultan of Land and Sea, Lord of the twelve-thousand islands and Sultan of the Maldives, eldest son of Al-Amir Ibrahim Shahbandaru Kilege, of Isdu, educ. privately. Previously styled Isdu 'Ali Velana Thakuru'fa'anu. Appointed as Shahbandaru Kilege by his brother-in-law, 1692. Proclaimed as Sultan after his death, 25th January 1701 n.s. m. H.H. Aisha Rani Kilege, born a Kamba'a Gomu and thus a royal princess. He d. 27th October 1701 n.s., having had issue:

1701  H.H. Sultan Aj-Haj Hassan X ibnu Sultan 'Ali Shahbandaru, Sultan of Land and Sea, Lord of the twelve-thousand islands and Sultan of the Maldives. b. at Isdu, 1688, son of H.H. Sultan 'Ali VII ibnu Vazir Ibrahim Shahbandaru Svasti Sri Mata Maha Sri Bari Kusa Furadana Sri Kula Ranmuiy Danala Vira Singha Navaranna Kirti Audana Kathiri Buwana Maha Radun Sultan of the Maldives, by his wife, H.H. Aisha Rani Kilege, educ. privately. Proclaimed on the death of his father, 27th October 1701 n.s. Reigned under the regency of Al-Amir Ibrahim Shahbandaru Kilege and Al-Amir Muhammad Fa'amuladeri Kilegefa'anu but deposed by the former after the two regents fall-out with each other. Thereafter treated by his cousin with "due kindness" and accompanied him on his fateful pilgrimage to Mecca in 1704. He was captured with Sultan Ibrahim and banished to Hithadu, 1st January 1705. m. Thubbeegedharu Kilavethi Aisha Manikufa'anu, daughter of Thubbeegedharu Hawa Manikufa'anu, daughter of Bodu Thub Bifa'anu. He d. at Hithadu, Addu Atoll, June 1758, having had issue, three sons and one daughter:

1701 - 1704 H.H. Sultan Haji Ibrahim Muhammad Muzhir ud-din Sri Kula Ranmiba Danala Virasingha Navaranna Kirti Audana Kathiri Buwana Maha Radun, Sultan of Land and Sea, Lord of the twelve-thousand islands and Sultan of the Maldives, son of Hassan Ma'afai Thakurufa'anu, of Isdu, by his wife, Athiri Kama'ana Khadija Dio, educ. privately. Styled Isdu Ibrahim Velana Bodu Kilegefa'anu before his accession. Appointed as Shahbandaru Kilege by his uncle, 1701. Seized the throne from his cousin, 1701. Went on a pilgrimage to Mecca, leaving his younger half-brother Holi Husain Velana Shahbandaru Kilege as Regent, 18th January 1704. Deposed in absentia, 20th December 1704. Returned to the islands via Surat, captured at sea and banished to Fua Mulaku Island, in the Southern Atolls, 1st January 1705. Escaped to Ceylon and then to Madras, where he was treated with great honour by the British. He later travelled to Calcutta, hoping to receive help for regainign his throne from the senior British auhorities there. Led two unsuccessful expeditions to regain the throne in May - June 1711 and February 1712 but retired to India. He lived at the court of Emperor Farukhshiyar for three years, but his ultimate fate is unknown. m. (first) Fatima Kabafa'anu, deposed her brother-in-law, and assumed the Regency in her own right but was expelled from the Royal Palace 20th December 1704. m. (second) …(d. at Mecca, before 4th June 1704). He had issue, an only child:
