1730 - 1770 King Andriambelomasina, King of Avaradrano and Imerinatsimo. b. at Ambohitronsy, Imerinatsimo, as Prince Rakotomavo, eldest son of Andriamifonozozoro [Rafonizozoro], of Androibe, by his second wife, Princess Rangorinimerina, of Ambohitrontsy, daughter of Andrianjakanavalonamandimby, King of Imerinatsimo. Adopted by King Andriantsimitoviaminandriana [Andriantsimitoviaminandriandrazaka], and his childless first wife, Queen Rampanambonitany. Succeeded on the death of his adopted father, and proclaimed as King Andriambelomasina, 1730. m. (first) before 1730, Queen Rasoherimananitany [Rasoherina] (d. at Rovan' Ambohimanga, Itsimahafotsy, Avaradrano, bur. there at the Tranomasina, Mahandrihono), his principal wife, eldest daughter of Andriampeno Randriambolanambo, Prince of Namehana, by his wife, Ramanitrandrianstimitovy Rasoherinaraniny, elder daughter of Ranavalontsitoviaminandriana. m. (second) Queen Renibodonimerina. He d. at Rovan' Ambohimanga, Itsimahafotsy, Avaradrano, ca. 1770 (bur. there at the Tranomasina, Mahandrihono, and reinterred at the Tomb of the Kings, Rovan' Antananarivo, 1797), having had issue, ten children by his first wife, including:
