1675 - 1710 King Andriamasinavalona [Andrianjakanavalondambo], King of Imerina. b. at Alasora, as Prince Ralambo Andriantsimotovy, adopted son of King Andriantsimitoviaminandriandehibe, King of Imerina, son of Andriandamboharihasina, by his wife, Princess Rafaravavy Rampanananiamboninitany [Rafaravavirampanambonitany] the third wife of King Andriantsimitoviaminandriandehibe, King of Imerina. Granted the principality of Alasora in his father’s will, 1670. Succeeded on the deposition of his half-brother, 1675. Proclaimed as King of Imerina under the reign name of Andrianmasinavalona, at Rovan’ Antananarivo. Divided his realm into four kingdoms for his favourite sons and established principalitites within them for the others. m. (first) Queen Ratompoindraoandriana, née Princess Ramatoa, daughter of Prince Rafanompombahoaka, a descendant of Princess Rafotsindrindramanjaka Rasoavimbahoaka. m. (second) Ramananandrianjaka I. m. (third) Ramananimerina. m. (fourth) Rasolomanambonitany [Ranavalonatsitakatrinimerina]. m. (fifth) after 1675, Renilambo. m. (sixth) after 1675, Ranavalona. m. (seventh) after 1675, Rakalafohy. m. (eighth) after 1675, Reninandriankotofanaina. m. (ninth) Ralanimboahangy (d.s.p. at Ambohipno), who adopted Andriantsimatahomanjaka, her sister’s son, eldest daughter of Andriandanitramantany [Ralanitramantany] of Vohitrarivo. m. (tenth) Raseranolona (d.s.p.). m. (eleventh) Ranavalotomponimerina  (d.s.p.). m. (twelfth) Ramanambahoaka (d.s.p.). m. (thirteen?) Ranavalontsimitovy (d.s.p.). He d. at Antananarivo, 1710, having had issue, nine sons and one daughter (partitioning his kingdom between four of his sons):
