1825 - 1830 H.H. Maulana Paduka Sri Tuanku Sultan 'Abdu'llah Mu'azzam Shah Khalilu'llah ibni al-Marhum Sultan 'Abdu'l-Malik Mu'azzam Shah Jamalu'llah, Sultan and Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Perak, son of H.H. Maulana Paduka Sri Tuanku Sultan 'Abdu'l-Malik Mansur Mu'azzam Shah Jamalu'llah Khalifat ur-Rahman Johan Berdaulat Zillu'llahi fil-Alam ibni al-Marhum Sultan Ahmad ud-din Shah, Sultan and Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Perak, by his Royal wife, H.H. Raja Hitam binti Raja Inu Tengah, eldest daughter of Y.T.M. Raja Inu ibni al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Shah Aminu'llah, Raja Bendahara. Appointed as Heir Apparent with the title of Paduka Sri Tuanku Raja Muda, Wakil us-Sultan, Wazir ul-Azam, 1806. Appointed on the deposition of his father by the Sultan of Kedah, after 18th December 1818. Reigned under the regency of his elder half-brother, until he came of age and assumed full ruling powers, on the death of his father, 18th August 1825. Entered into a Treaty of alliance with the HEIC, 18th October 1826. He d.s.p. 20th December 1830 (bur. Pulau Juar, Pasir Panjang Ulu).

1830 - 1851 H.H. Maulana Paduka Sri Tuanku Sultan Shahab ud-din Ri'ayat Shah Safiu'llah ibni al-Marhum Raja Inu Muhammad Saleh, Sultan and Yang di-Pertuan of Perak. b. as Raja Chulan, son of Y.A.M. Raja Inu Muhammad Saleh ibni al-Marhum Sultan Ahmad ud-din Shah, Raja Kechil Lasa, by his wife, Y.M. Raja Mas Irang binti Raja Inu, daughter of Y.T.M. Raja Inu ibni al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Shah Aminu'llah, Raja Bendahara. Granted the title of Raja Kechil Muda 1786, prom. to Raja Bendahara, and appointed as Heir Apparent with the title of Paduka Sri Tuanku Raja Muda, Wakil us-Sultan, Wazir ul-Azam, 1826. Succeeded 20th December 1830. m. (first) (div.) Y.M. Raja Mandak binti Raja Mahmud, Dato' Engku, youngest daughter of Y.T.M. Raja Mahmud bin Raja Ibrahim, Raja Bendahara, by his third wife. m. (second) Y.A.M. Raja Nutih Meh Salama binti Raja Kasim, Raja Che' Puan Besar, only daughter of Y.M. Raja Kasim bin Raja Chulan, by his wife, Y.A.M. Raja Andak binti al-Marhum Sultan Ahmad ud-din Shah, eldest daughter of H.H. Maulana Paduka Sri Tuanku Sultan Ahmad ud-din Shah ibni al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Shah Aminu'llah, Sultan and Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Perak. He d. 1851 (bur. Tanjong Penanggok, Bandar, Teluk Anson), having had issue, two sons and one daughter:

1851 - 1857 H.H. Paduka Sri Tuanku Sultan 'Abdu'llah Muhammad Shah I 'Atiku'llah ibni al-Marhum Raja Kechil Bongsu 'Abdu'l-Rahman, Sultan and Yang di-Pertuan of Perak, eldest son of Y.A.M. Raja 'Abdu'l-Rahman Kampung ibni al-Marhum Sultan Ahmad ud-din Shah, Raja Bendahara, by his first wife, Che' Halima [Limah] binti Wan Bentau, daughter of Wan Bentan bin Temenggong Pa' Hujan, of Kuala Prai. Granted the title of Raja Kechil Muda, prom. to Raja di-Hiler 1826, and finally Raja Bendahara late 1826. Succeeded 1851. m. H.H. Raja Ngah Amina binti Raja Alang Radin, Raja Perempuan, daughter of Raja Alang Radin bin Sultan 'Ala' ud-din Shah, by his wife, Raja Chik. He d. 1857 (bur. Kampung Trengganu, Teluk Anson), having had issue, three sons and one daughter:

Maulana Paduka Sri Tuanku Sultan Ja'afar Safi ud-din Mu'azzam Shah Waliu'llah ibni al-Marhum Sultan Ahmad Shah Johan Berdaulat Khalifatu'llah, Sultan and Yang di-Pertuan of Perak, eldest son of H.H. Paduka Sri Tuanku Sultan Ahmad Shah Johan Berdaulat Khalifatu'llah ibni al-Marhum Sultan 'Abdu'l-Malik Mu'azzam Shah Jamalu'llah, Yang di-Pertuan Muda, by his wife, Che' Long binti Daeng Masiah, Che' Puan Busu, daughter of Daeng Masiah [Masak]. Granted the title of Raja di-Hiler late 1826, prom to Raja Bendahara 1830, and appointed as Heir Apparent with the title of Paduka Sri Tuanku Raja Muda, Wakil us-Sultan, Wazir ul-Azam 1841. Succeeded 1857. m. (first) Y.A.M. Raja Shah 'Alam binti Raja Ngah Laut, Raja Che' Kechil Puan Besar (d. at Pangkalan Tengah, before 1857), daughter of H.H. Paduka Sri Tuanku Raja Ngah Laut bin Raja Mahmud, Yang di-Pertuan Muda, by his wife, Y.A.M. Raja Amina Shah 'Alam Muda, Raja Che' Puan Besar, daughter of H.H. Paduka Sri Tuanku Sultan 'Abdu'l-Malik Mansur Shah Jamalu'llah ibni al-Marhum Sultan Ahmad ud-din Shah, Sultan and Yang di-Pertuan of Perak. m. (second) Che' Bulang. m. (third) Wan Ngah Mahtra [Che' Mahat], former wife of Y. Bhg. Dato' Pandak Ibrahim, Orang Kaya-Kaya Laksamana Raja Mahkota, and daughter of Dato' Muda Wan 'Abdu'l Rahman bin Maharaja Lela Ngah Hasan, Toh Muda Orang Kaya-Kaya Laksamana Raja Mahkota, of Batu Bahara, by his wife, Long Telor binti Lahab, daughter of Y.
