1792 - 1806 H.H. Maulana Paduka Sri Tuanku Sultan Ahmad ud-din Shah ibni al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Shah Aminu’llah [al-Marhum Bongsu], Sultan and Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Perak, son of H.H. Maulana Paduka Sri Tuanku Sultan Muhammad Shah Aminu’llah ibni al-Marhum Sultan Mansur Shah, Sultan and Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Perak, educ. privately. Appointed as Raja Kechil Bongsu, promoted to Paduka Sri Tuanku Sultan Muda 1773, and became Heir Apparent, March 1789. Regent for his elder brother, 1786-1792. Succeeded on the death of his brother, September 1792. m. (first) Che’ Puan Pusa Puteh binti Dato’ Jambu, Dato’ Dalam, elder daughter of Dato’ Jambu, Dato’ Sri Maharaja Laksamana, of Sungei Durian, by his wife Ngah Nusani, elder daughter of Nakhoda Hitam, Dato’ Sri Maharaja Laksamana, of Kuala Bidor. m. (second) Y.A.M. Raja Tengah Bongsu binti al-Marhum Sultan Muzaffar Shah Hajiu’llah, daughter of H.H. Paduka Sri Tuanku Sultan Muzaffar Shah III Hajiu’llah, Sultan and Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Perak, by a commoner. m. (third) Che’ Sri Nayan Sofia binti Dato’ Imam Malik ul-Amin, daughter of Dato’ Imam Malik ul-Amin bin Sayyid ‘Ali, of Katior Kuala Kangsar. m. (fourth) Dato’ Nah binti Dato’ Jambu, younger daughter of Dato’ Jambu, Dato’ Sri Maharaja Laksamana, by his wife Ngah Nusani, eldest daughter of Nakhoda Hitam Dato’ Kuala Bidor, Dato’ Sri Maharaja Laksamana. m. (fifth) Che’ Sinuh Sakdiah, of Sungkei Siput. He d. at Chegar Galah, 1806 (bur. Kota Kanan, Parit), having had issue, three sons and two daughters:

1806 - 1825 H.H. Maulana Paduka Sri Tuanku Sultan ‘Abdu’l-Malik Mansur Mu’azzam Shah Jamalu’llah Khalifat ur-Rahman Johan Berdaulat Zillu’llahi fil-Alam ibni al-Marhum Sultan Ahmad ud-din Shah, Sultan and Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Perak, eldest son of H.H. Maulana Paduka Sri Tuanku Sultan Ahmad ud-din Shah ibni al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Shah Aminu’llah, Sultan and Yang di-Pertuan of Perak, by his first wife, Che’ Pusa Puteh binti Dato’ Jambu, Dato’ Dalam, elder daughter of Dato’ Jambu, Dato’ Sri Maharaja Laksamana. Appointed to succeed his father three months after his death because the designated heir, Raja Bendahara Mahmud, would not come down to Sayong to be installed. Established his capital at Pasir Garam. Refused to accept Siamese sovereignty, but was forced to surrender to a large army snet by the Sultan of Kedah, on behalf of the Siamese King. Removed from exercising executive powers by the Sultan of Kedah, after 18th November 1818. Permitted to retain his titles for life, and forbidden from taking part in councils. m. (first) Che’ ... m. (second) Y.M. Raja Hitam binti Raja Inu Tengah, eldest daughter of Y.A.M. Raja Inu ibni al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Shah Aminu’llah, Raja Bendahara, by his second wife, Y.A.M. Raja Che’ Puan Tengah, daughter of Y.M. Raja Hamid. He d. at Bandar Bahru, 18th August 1825 (bur. there), having had issue, three sons and three daughters:
