1528 - 1549 Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Muzaffar Shah I ibni al-Marhum Sultan Mahmud Shah, Sultan of Perak. b. 1505, son of Paduka Sri Sultan Mahmud Shah I, last Sultan of Malacca and first Sultan of Johor, by his wife, Puteri Onang Kening binti al-Marhum Sultan Mansur Shah, elder daughter of Sultan Mansur Shah, Raja of Kelantan. Appointed as Heir Apparent by his father after the death of his elder brother, Sultan Ahmad Shah and styled RajaMuda. Deprived of his hereditary rights and driven from Kampar firstly to Siak and then to Klang. Called to Perak by Sultan Mughal, and installed at Tanah Abang as Sultan of Perak, 1528. m. (first) Tun Trang, daughter of his step-mother, Tun Fatima, by her former husband Tun 'Ali. m. (second) a Perak princess, daughter of Sultan Mughal, Sultan of Perak. He d. at Tanah Abang, 1549 (bur. Teluk Bakong, Kota Kanan, Parit), having had issue sixteen children, including:
a) Paduka Sri Sultan 'Ala ud-din Mansur Shah ibni al-Marhum Raja Ahmad, Sultan of Aceh - see Indonesia (Aceh).
3) Raja 'Abdu'l-Jalil ibni al-Marhum Sultan Muzaffar Shah (s/o Tun Trang).
4) Raja Muhammad ibni al-Marhum Sultan Muzaffar Shah (s/o a concubine).

1549 - 1577 Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Mansur Shah I ibni al-Marhum Sultan Muzaffar Shah, Sultan of Perak, eldest son of Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Muzaffar Shah I ibni al-Marhum Sultan Mahmud Shah, Sultan of Perak, by the Perak princess. Succeeded on the death of his father, 1549. m. a younger daughter of Paduka Sri Sultan 'Ala ud-din Ri'ayat Shah II ibni al-Marhum Sultan Mahmud Shah, Sultan of Johor. He d. at Kota Lama Kanan, 1577, having had issue, three sons and thirteen daughters, including:
1) Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Ahmad Taj ud-din Shah ibni al-Marhum Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Mansur Shah, Sultan of Perak - see below.
1) A daughter. m. a Raja of Aceh, and had issue, two sons and a daughter:
a) Raja Mukaddam [Tengku Tua], who succeeded as Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Mukaddam Shah, Sultan of Perak - see below.
b) Raja Mahmud [Raja Bongsu], who succeeded as Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Mahmud Shah, Sultan of Perak - see below.
a) Putri Perak. m. at Kuala Tembeling, 1600, Raja 'Abdu'llah ibni al-Marhum Sultan 'Abdu'l-Ghafur Muhi ud-din Shah [Marhum Muda Pahang], RajaMuda (d. before 1638, bur. Makam Chandong, Pekan), elder son of Paduka Sri Sultan 'Abdu'l Ghafur Muhi ud-din Shah ibni al-Marhum Sultan 'Abdu'l-Kadir 'Ala' ud-din Shah [Marhum Pahang], Sultan of Pahang, by his wife, Raja Bonda, daughter of Sultan Saif ul-Rijal ibni al-Marhum Paduka Sri Begawan Sultan 'Abdu'l Kahar, Sultan of Brunei. She had issue, two daughters, including:
i) Putri Fatima Puteh binti Raja 'Abdu'llah. m. at Aceh, after 1618, Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Muzaffar Shah II bin Raja Mahmud, Sultan of Perak, son of Raja Mahmud bin Raja Kasab of Siak, by his wife, Tun Kechil [Dharmapala Johara], daughter of Tun Isap Misai bin Tun Mahmud, BendaharaSriRaja of Johor - see below.
1) Raja Inu ibni al-Marhum Sultan Ahmad Taj ud-din Shah, RajaKechilLasa. He d.v.p. before 1584, having had issue, including two sons and a daughter:
a) Raja 'Ali, who succeeded as Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Ala ud-din Shah ibni al-Marhum Raja Kechil Lasa, Sultan of Perak - see below.
b) Raja Mansur, who succeeded as Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Mansur Shah II ibni al-Marhum Raja Kechil Lasa, Sultan of Perak - see below.
a) A daughter. m. Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Muzaffar Shah II bin Raja Mahmud, Sultan of Perak, son of Raja Mahmud bin Raja Kasab of Siak, by his wife Tun Kechil [Dharmapala Johara], daughter of Tun Isap Misai bin Tun Mahmud, BendaharaSriRaja of Johor - see below.
1584 - 1594 Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Taj ul-'Arifin Shah ibni al-Marhum Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Mansur Shah, Sultan of Perak. Succeeded on the death of his brother, 1584. m. Tun Sambu, daughter of the Bendahara of Johor. He d. 1594 (bur. Pulau Semat, Manong), having had issue, one daughter:
1) Raja Fatima binti al-Marhum Sultan Taj ul-'Arifin Shah. m. Raja Manbah.
1594 - 1619 Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Ala ud-din Shah ibni al-Marhum Raja Kechil Lasa, Sultan of Perak, elder son of Raja Inu ibni al-Marhum Sultan Ahmad Taj ud-din Shah, RajaKechilLasa. Succeeded on the death of his maternal uncle, 1594. He d. 1603 (bur. Kanan, Parit).
1603 - 1619 Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Mukaddam Shah, Sultan of Perak, maternal grandson of Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Mansur Shah I ibni al-Marhum Sultan Muzaffar Shah, Sultan of Perak. Succeeded on the death of his cousin, 1603. Aceh again invaded Perak and most of the Royal family carried across the Straits ca. 1607. He d. at Aceh, 1619, having had issue, a daughter:
1619 - 1627 Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Mansur Shah II ibni al-Marhum Raja Kechil Lasa, Sultan of Perak, younger son of Raja Inu ibni al-Marhum Sultan Ahmad Taj ud-din Shah, RajaKechilLasa. Escaped to Johor from Aceh. Succeeded on the death of his nephew, 1619. Captured and taken to Aceh. m. at Johor, RajaAmpuanJambi, a princess of Johor. He d. at Aceh, 16xx.
1627 - 1630 Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Mahmud Shah I, Sultan of Perak, maternal randson of Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Mansur Shah I ibni al-Marhum Sultan Muzaffar Shah, Sultan of Perak. Installed by the Acehnese when they deposed his cousin, 1627. He d. at Kampung Melayu, Pulau Tiga, 1630 (bur. there), having had issue:
1) Raja Kobat, who succeeded as Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Saleh ud-din Shah ibni al-Marhum Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Mahmud Shah, Sultan of Perak - see below.
1630 - 1635 Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Saleh ud-din Shah ibni al-Marhum Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Mahmud Shah, Sultan of Perak, only known son of Maulana Paduka Sri Sultan Mahmud Shah, Sultan of Perak. Succeeded on the death of his father, 1630. He d. at Aceh, ca. 1635.
