The Most Esteemed Perak Family Order of Sultan Azlan Shah (Darjah Kerabat Sri Paduka Sultan Azlan Shah Perak Yang Amat di-Hormati): founded by Sultan Azalan Shah in 2000. Conferred on members of the Perak and foreign Royal Houses and for distinguished services to the Sultan. Awarded in a superior class (Darjah Kerabat Sultan Azlan-DKSA - restricted to Royalty), and an ordinary class (Datuk Sri Paduka Sultan Azlan-SPSA).

The Most Illustrious Order of the Perak Sword of State "Cura Si Manja Kini" (Darjah Kebesaran Negeri Perak Yang Amat Mulia Cura Si Manja Kini): founded by Sultan Idris II al-Mutawakil Allahahi Shah Afifu'llah on 15th September 1969. Awarded in three classes (1. Grand Knight or Datuk Sri -SPCM, 2. Knight or Datuk -DPCM, and 3. Commander or Paduka-PCM). A fourth class (4. The Most Valliant Order of the Perak State Kris "Taming Sari" (Darjah Kebesaran Taming Sari Negeri Perak Yang Amat Perkasa): founded by Sultan Idris II al-Mutawakil Allahahi Shah Afifu'llah in 1977. Awarded to military and police personnel in six classes (1. Datuk Sri Panglima-SPTS, 2. Datuk Pahlawan-DPTS, 3. Pirwira (Paduka)-PTS, 4. Hulubalang-HTS, 5. Kshatriya-KTS, and 6. The Conspicuous Gallantry Medal (Pingat Keberanian Handal): instituted by Sultan Sir Yusuf Izz ud-din Rathiu'llah Shah Ghafaru'llahulahu on 15th January 1951 as a reward for conspicuous gallantry and heroism. Awarded in a single class, originally a silver medal similar to the design of the PPT but now a four-pointed enamelled star (PKH). Bars may be awarded to signify subsequent acts of gallantry. The Distinguished Conduct Medal (R), The Meritorious Service Medal (C) and the Long Service Medal (R).

The Meritorious Service Medal (Pingat Jasa Kebaktian): instituted by Sultan Sir Yusuf Izz ud-din Rathiu'llah Shah Ghafaru'llahulahu on 15th January 1951 to reward meritorious public service in state employ. Awarded in a single class, bronze medal (PJK).
The Long Service Medal (Pingat Lama Perkhidmatan): instituted by Sultan Idris al-Mutawakil Allahi Shah on 15th September 1969 to reward long service in state employ of at least twenty-five years continuous duration. Awarded in a single class, bronze medal (PLP).
