Sampeyan Dalam ingkang Sinuhun Kanjeng Susuhanan Prabhu Sri Paku Buwana II Senapati ing Alaga Ngah 'Abdu'l-Rahman Saiyid ud-din Panatagama [Sunan Ngalavijana], Susuhanan of Mataram. b. at Kraton Kartasura, 8th December 1711, as Radin Mas Gusti Prabhu Suyasa, educ. privately. Appointed as Heir Apparent with the title of Kanjeng Gusti Pangeran Adipati Anum Amangku Negara Sudivya Rajaputra Narendra Mataram. Succeeded on the death of his father, 20th April 1726. Installed 2nd June 1726. Fled to Panaraga 30th June 1742. Restored with Dutch help after the taking of the Kraton of Kartasura, 24th December 1742. Moved his capital to Surakarta, 9th February 1746. Ceded his kingdom to the VOC, 11th December 1749. m. (first) at Kartasura, 10th June 1726, Radin Ayu Sukiya/Subiya/Kanjeng Ratu Mas/Kanjeng Ratu Kinchana (b. 1712; d. at Kartasura, 14th April 1738, bur. Imagiri), daughter of his uncle, Radin Mas Gusti Sasangka/Pangeran Adipati Purbaya/Gusti Panembaha Purbaya. m. (second) August 1726, Ratu Mas Virasmara (k. for infidelity, 15th January 1728), former wife of his father, H.H. Susuhanan Prabhu Amangku Rat IV, a lady of peranakan stock from Semarang. m. (third) a daughter of his uncle, Radin Mas Papak/Radin Natavira/Radin Dipataruna/Pangeran Arya Adipati Dipa Negara/Panembahan Eru Chakra Senapati Panatagama. m. (fourth) February 1732 (div. 1736) Radin Ayu Tambelek (m. second, 15th October 1736, Pangeran Arya Bumi Nata, who d. 1739, and m. third, November 1739, Pangeran Arya Tepasana), daughter of his uncle, Radin Mas Sudhama/Pangeran Arya Blitar. m. (fifth) Radin Ayu Gedhong, daughter of Wangsa Prana/Wangsa Truna, a commoner from Bangil. m. (sixth) 1742, a daughter of Radin Mas Tapa/Pangeran Arya Mataram/Susuhanan Panutap/Sunan Kuning. He d. at Lawiyan, 20th December 1749 (bur. there), having had issue, eleven sons and eighteen daughters, including:

Sampeyan Dalam ingkang Sinuhun Kanjeng Susuhanan Prabhu Sri Paku Buwana III Senapati ing Alaga Ngah 'Abdu'l-Rahman Saiyid ud-din Panatagama [Sunan Prabhu Suwarga], Susuhanan of Surakarta. b. at Kraton Kartasura, 24th February 1732, as Radin Mas Gusti Suriya Kusuma, educ. privately. Appointed as Heir Apparent by his father, with the title of Kanjeng Gusti Pangeran Adipati Anum Amangku Negara Sudibya Rajaputra Narendra ing Mataram 1738 (confirmed 11th December 1749). Proclaimed by the Dutch and installed at Kraton Surakarta, 10th December and installed there, 15th December 1749. Entered into a treaty relationship with the Dutch, in which he surrendered the Royal authority in 1749. Mataram was divided into the two states of Surakarta and Yogyakarta, by the Treaty of Giyanti, 13th February 1755. m. (first) (div. 1769) H.H. Kanjeng Ratu Kinchana/Kanjeng Ratu Beruk (m. second the Bupati of Kedus, and d. there, November 1788), a daughter of H.H. Chakra Adi-ning Rat, Panembahan of Madura. m. (second) at Surakarta, September 1762, a daughter of Radin Adipati Nata Kusuma/Pangeran Juru, sometime Patih of Surakarta. m. (third) Kanjeng Ratu Kinchana/Radin Ayu Kilen, raised to the title of Ratu Kinchana 1762, daughter of Radin Ngabehi Viraraja/Ki Temenggong Viraraja, the Bupati Nayaka Gedhong Kiwa. m. (fourth) Ratu Ratna Devati. m. (fifth) Mas Ayu Rantansari (bibi Kanjeng Pangeran Ngabehi). m. (sixth) Mas Ayu Ranggasari, daughter of Radin Arya Adipati Sasra di-ning Rat. m. (seventh) Mas Ajeng Wilarsa. m. Mas Ajeng Wisarsa. m. (eighth) Mas Ajeng Gandavati. m. (ninth) Mbok Ajeng Bungkul. m. (tenth) Mbok Ajeng Jenjem. m. (eleventh) Mbok Ajeng Timbreng. m. (twelfth) Mbok Ajeng Wilet. m. (thirteenth) Mbok Ajeng Tingah. m. (fourteenth) Mbok Ajeng Temu. He d. at Kraton Surakarta, 26th September 1788 (bur.
