1728 - 1745 H.H. Paduka Sri Raja Chelak bin Daing Rilaga, Yang di-Pertuan Muda of Riau. b. as Opu Daing Pali, third son of Opu Ten-ri Burang Daing Rilaga, by his second wife. Installed as Raja Tua by the Sultan of Johor, 4th October 1722. Succeeded as Viceroy (Yang di-Pertuan Muda) on the death of his elder half-brother, 7th August 1728. m. (first) before 1705, Encik Tomita. m. (second) before 1728, H.H. Tengku Mandak binti al-Marhum Sultan 'Abdu'l Jalil Ri'ayat Shah, Tengku Ampuan (cre. 1728) (b. after 1699; d. in Riau, 10th February 1748), daughter of H.H. Paduka Sri Sultan 'Abdu'l Jalil IV Ri'ayat Shah Zillu'llah fi al-'Alam bin Dato' Bendahara Sri Maharaja Tun Habib Ghazi, Sultan of Johor and Pahang, by his fourth wife, Encik Nusama, To' Tengah. m. (third) 1732, Y.M. Raja Bakal. m. (fourth) at Selangor, 1742, Daing Masik, daughter of Arung Mapalla, a fugitive from Bangka. m. (fifth) Encik Samida. m. (sixth) Encik Fatima [Tima Perak], a lady from Perak. He d. in Riau, 19th May 1745 (bur. at the Fort), having had issue, two sons and five daughters:

Paduka Sri Daing Kamboja bin Opu Daing Parani, Yang di-Pertuan Muda of Riau. b. at Siantan, 1697, son of Opu Daing Parani, by his first wife, Encik Fatima binti 'Abdu'l Malik, educ. privately. Named Kamboja in honour of his father's recent expedition to Cambodia. Succeeded as Viceroy (Yang di-Pertuan Muda) on the death of his uncle, 19th May 1745. Installed by the Sultan of Johor, 11th March 1748. m. (first) Y.M. Raja Fatima binti al-Marhum Sultan 'Ala ud-din Shah, Tun Encik Ayu, daughter of H.H. Paduka Sri Sultan 'Ala ud-din Shah bin Daing Rilaga, Yang di-Pertuan Muda of Riau, by his wife Y.M. Tun Encik binti Dato' Bendahara Tun 'Abdu'l Jamal, Ungku Encik Ayu, daughter of Y.M. Tun 'Abdu'l Jamal bin Dato' Bendahara 'Abdu'l Majid, Dato' Bendahara Sri Maharaja. m. (second) Daing Uteh, Engku Tua. m. (third) a Riau lady. He d. 30th June 1777, having had issue, five sons and four daughters:
