(first) (div. 23^rd July 1785) a daughter of Nga Shwe, Maha Min Hla Kyaw Zwa. m. (first) 1782, Shin Min Wu (d. 1785), daughter of the Shwe Thaik Wun. m. (second) at Amarapura, 1^st March 1787, his half-sister, H.R.H. Raised to the to rank of Min Ye Nanda Thu, granted the title of Suriya before 1866, and prom to the rank of a senior prince (Mintha-gyi) together with the title of Sri Suriya Dharmaraja 1^st January 1879. m. Mon Thit, granddaughter of a Thai King. He d. at Mandalay, 24^th July 1882, having had issue:
  • i) H.H. Prince (Min Ye Thiha Kyaw) Maung Thet Tin. Raised to the rank of a junior prince (Minhmu Mintha) 6^th May 1859, prom to Min Ye Thiha 11^th May 1862, and prom to Min Ye Thiha Kyaw 1^st January 1879. m. Princess Ma Khin Yu, a lady of Thai royal stock, a niece of his mother, Mon Thit. He had issue, a son, and two daughters:
  • (1) Maung Maung Tin [Mandalay U Tin], KSM (3.6.1913), ATM (1.1.1898)]. b. at Ratnapura, Mandalay, 20^th August 1866, educ. Shwe Kyin Monastery, and Dr Marks’s Court Sch, Ratnapura, Mandalay, he took up arms against the British after Thibaw's fall, but came in and joined govt service. Myook of Pinlebu in Kawlin 1891, Sub-Divisional Officer Kyaukse 1906, Extra-Assistant Cmsnr Myonywa 1917, retd from govt service 1922, Mahadan Wun Religious Affairs Officer in Mandalay 1924-1929. Editor and compiler of “Konbaung Set Maha Yazawun Daw Gyi (The Great Chronicle of Konbaung Dynasty)” (1905, 1922) and “Shwenan-thone Wawhara Abidan (Royal Court Burmese Usage, Lexicon and Linguistics Dictionary)”, and biographies of U Ponnya and “Kinwun Mingyi Thamaing (Biography of Kinwun Mingyi U Kaung)”. m. 1892, the Princess of Pyi (Pyi Hteiktin Sint), a descendant of King Tharrawaddy.   • (2) H.H. Princess of Taungzin (Taungzin Minthami). Lady-in-Waiting to the Queen, who accompanied the Royal Family into exile in 1885 but later returned to Burma. m. Maung Au. She had issue, two children.

Sri Pawara Vijaya Nanda Jatha Maha Dharma Rajadhiraja Yanadapura Sattokhta Myoti Min Thaya Gyi [Bagyidaw], King of Burma (b. 23^rd July 1784; d. 15^th October 1846), second son of H.R.H. Maha Uparaja Anaudrapa Ainshe Min Maung Yik, Sri Maha Dharma Vijaya Srihasura, by his second wife, H.R.H. Princess Min Kye, Sri Tilaka Maha Bhadda Suriya Ratna Devi, Princess of Taungdwin. She d. 23^rd February 1824, having had issue - see below.

Sri Pawara Vijaya Nandayasatri Bhuwanaditya Adipati Pandita Maha Dharma Rajadhiraja Amarapura Myoti Min Thaya Gyi Bodawpaya Hsinbyumyashin, King of Burma - see below.

Sri Tribuvana Aditya Adipati Pawara Pandita Maha Dharma Rajadhiraja Yanadapura Sattokhta Myoti Min Thaya Gyi [Bagyidaw], King of Burma, by his first wife, H.R.H. Ainshe Hteik Hta Mibura Hsinbyuyin Mey, Sri Suriya Maha Chandra Devi, Princess of Thedawu, etc. She was k. with her husband, 15^th April 1838. She had issue, five daughters - see below.
