1831 - 1861 H.H. Paduka Sri Tuanku Nasir ud-din ibni al-Marhum Raja ‘Ali, Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negri Sembilan. b. at Sri Menanti as Raja Radin Sunnah, elder son of H.H. Paduka Sri Tuanku Raja ‘Ali, Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negri Sembilan, by his second wife, H.H. Tunku Ngah binti al-Marhum Raja Hitam, Tuanku Ampuan, daughter of H.H. Paduka Sri Tuanku Raja Hitam, Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negri Sembilan. Appointed as Heir Apparent by his father and raised to the title of Tunku Besar. However, on the death of his father in 1824, the Undang Lauts could not unanimously agree on his succession. Elected on the deposition of his predecessor, 30th November 1831. Faced constant challenges to his position and fought a long civil war 1830-1856, then finally succeeded in establishing his position as undisputed Yang di-Pertuan Besar after the death of Sultan ‘Ali of Rembau in 1856. He formally offered a protectorate to the British authorities in Singapore in August 1859. m. (first) H.H. Tunku Intan binti Tunku Alang Husain, Tuanku Ampuan, Regent for her infant son 1869-1872, daughter of Y.A.M. Tunku Husain bin Raja Hitam, Tunku Alang. m. (second) Y.A.M. Tunku Tenuk [Sabuh] binti al-Marhum Sultan Ahmad Shah, daughter of H.H. Paduka Sri Sultan Ahmad Shah ibni al-Marhum Tunku Singkul, Yang di-Pertuan Muda of Jelebu, by his wife, Cik Melang. m. (third) Kopek Keling, a lady of inferior rank. m. (fourth) Kopek Noyah, a lady of inferior rank. m. (fifth) Cik Bagai. m. (sixth) Cik Sauda. He d. at Sri Menanti, before 7th September 1861 (bur. there at the Royal Cemetery), having had issue, ten sons and five daughters:

1861 - 1869 H.H. Paduka Sri Tuanku Imam [al-Marhum Janggut] ibni al-Marhum Raja ‘Ali, Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negri Sembilan. b. ca 1823, younger son of H.H. Paduka Sri Tuanku Raja ‘Ali [Yamtuan Raja Lenggang Laut], Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negri Sembilan, by his second wife, H.H. Tunku Ngah binti al-Marhum Raja Hitam, Tuanku Ampuan, daughter of Paduka Sri Tuanku Raja Hitam, Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negri Sembilan. Appointed as Tunku Besar by his elder brother, ca 1831. Elected as ruler after his death and installed as Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negri Sembilan, before 7th September 1861. m. (first) ... m. (second) Cik Puan Norma. He d. at the Istana, Sri Menanti, 1869 (bur. there at the Royal Cemetery), having had issue, five sons and one daughter:
