1793 - 1810 H.H. Nasir ul-Mulk, Azad ud-Daula, Nawab Sayyid Babar 'Ali Khan Bahadur, Diler Jang, Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa. b. at Murshdiabad, 1772, eldest son of H.H. Mutamid ul-Mulk, Mubaraq ud-Daula, Nawab Sayyid Mubaraq 'Ali Khan Bahadur, Firuz Jang, Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa, by his wife, H.H. Faiz un-nisa Walida Begum Sahiba, Gaddinashin Begum, educ. privately. Proclaimed as Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa on the death of his father, 6th September 1793 (confirmed by the HEIC 18th September 1793). Installed on the Khahar Balish, at Murshidabad Palace, 24th September 1793. m. (first) Bubbu Begum Sahiba, daughter of Muhammad Sami Khan. m. (second) ůHe d. at Murshidabad Palace, 28th April 1810 (bur. Jafarganj Cemetery), having had issue, two sons:

'Ali Jah, Shuja ul-Mulk, Mubaraq ud-Daula, Nawab Sayyid Zain ud-din 'Ali Khan Bahadur, Firuz Jang, Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa. b. at Murshidabad Palace, 1791, eldest son of H.H. Nasir ul-Mulk, Azad ud-Daula, Nawab Sayyid Babar 'Ali Khan Bahadur, Diler Jang, Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa, by his first wife, Bubbu Begum Sahiba, educ. privately. Proclaimed as Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa on the death of his father, 28th April 1810 (confirmed by the HEIC 26th May 1810). Installed on the Khahar Balish, at Murshidabad Palace, 5th June 1810. m. (first) "Bahu Begum" (d. at Murshidabad, 24th October 1849, bur. Jafarganj). m. (second) 1816, H.H. Amir un-nisa Dulhan Begum Sahiba, Gaddinashin Begum (d. at Murshidabad, 21st January 1858), daughter of Intizam ul-Mulk, Iftikhar ud-Daula, Nawab Sayyid Akbar 'Ali Khan Bahadur, Shamsher Jang, by his wife, Lutf un-nisa Begum Sahiba, daughter of H.H. Mutamid ul-Mulk, Mubaraq ud-Daula, Nawab Sayyid Mubaraq 'Ali Khan Bahadur, Firuz Jang, Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa. m. (i) Azim un-nisa Khanum. m. (ii) Firuza Khanum. m. (a) Bibi Lutf un-nisa [Lutfun] (d. before 22nd April 1835). m. (b) Bibi Rahat un-nisa (d. at Murshidabad, 1835). m. (c) Bibi Turbat un-nisa. m. (d) Bibi Zinat un-nisa. m. (e) Bibi Azim un-nisa [Azimun]. He d.s.p.m. onboard a pinnace on the river, near Furrabagh, at Murshidabad, 6th August 1821 (bur. Jafarganj Cemetery), having had issue, three daughters:

Wala Jah, Burhan ul-Mulk, Ihtisham ud-Daula, Nawab Sayyid Ahmad 'Ali Khan Bahadur, Mahabat Jang, Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa. b. at Murshidabad Palace, 1795, younger son of H.H. Nasir ul-Mulk, Azad ud-Daula, Nawab Sayyid Babar 'Ali Khan Bahadur, Diler Jang, Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa, by his second wife, educ. privately. Proclaimed as Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa on the death of his elder brother, who expired without surviving male issue, 6th August 1821. Confirmed by the HEIC 10th August 1821. Formally installed on the Khahar Balish, at Murshidabad Palace, 30th August 1821. m. (first) H.H. Nawab Najib un-nisa Begum Sahiba, Gaddinashin Begum (d. at Murshidabad Palace, 23rd August 1858, bur. Jafarganj Cemetery). m. (i) Misri Khanum (d. before 23rd September 1837). m. (ii) Fatima Khanum. m. (a) Bibi Rahim un-nisa. m. (b) Bibi Hayat un-nisa. He d. at Murshidabad Palace, 30th October 1824 (bur. Jafarganj Cemetery), having had issue, an only surviving son by his principal wife and consort:

Wala Jah, Burhan ul-Mulk, Ihtisham ud-Daula, Nawab Sayyid Ahmad 'Ali Khan Bahadur, Mahabat Jang, Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa, by his first wife, H.H. Nawab Najib un-nisa Begum Sahiba, Gaddinashin Begum, educ. privately. Proclaimed as Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa on the death of his father, 30th October 1824. Nawab Khurshid Mahal Umdat un-nisa Begum Sahiba (b. at Murshidabad, 1810; d.s.p. at Hazardowri Palace, Murshidabad, 1853, bur. Jafarganj Cemetery), eldest daughter of H.H. 'Ali Jah, Shuja ul-Mulk, Mubaraq ud-Daula, Nawab Sayyid Zain ud-din 'Ali Khan Bahadur, Firuz Jang, Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa, by his muta wife, Azim un-nisa Khanum. m. (second) at Murshidabad, 1826, H.H. Nawab Rais un-nisa Begum Sahiba, Gaddinashin Begum (d. at Murshidabad, 4th May 1893, bur. Jafarganj Cemetery). m. (third) Ashraf un-nisa Begum Sahiba (d. 18th November 1899). m. (i) Mubaraq Mahal Sahiba (d. 13th March 1867), previously Mubaraq un-nisa.
