1696 - 1707 Raja Shri Ram Singh Hada, Raja of Kotah, third son of Rao Shri Kishore Singh, Rao of Kotah, educ. privately. Succeeded on the death of his father, 1696. Granted the hereditary title of Raja, 23rd March 1707. Extended his rule over Rampura and Bhanpura. Entered the Mughal service and rose to command a high ranking mansab. Served with distinction at Panhala in March 1701, receiving a set of Royal kettle-drums in recognition by the Emperor. He was k. by a cannonball at the Battle of Jajan, 18th June 1707, having had issue, an only surviving son:
 
1707 - 1713 On the death of Raja Ram Singh Hada, the state was granted by the Emperor to Maharao Bugh Singh of Bundi. It was restored in the person of Bhim Singh, Ram Singh's son.
 
1713 - 1720 Mahimahendra Maharao Raja Shri Bhim Singhji Hada, Singharaja, Krishna Das, Brijendra Sahib Bahadur, Maharao Raja of Nandgaon. b. 1682, only surviving son of Raja Shri Ram Singh Hada, Raja of Kotah, educ. privately. Succeeded on the death of his father as head of the family, 18th June 1707. Entered the Imperial service and appointed to an Imperial mansab of 5,000 zat and 5,000 sowar 1713, prom. to 7,000 zat and 7,000 sowar 1720. Restored to the gadi of Kotah and granted the state of Bundi, together with the hereditary title of Maharao, 8th September 1713. Formally invested by Emperor Jahandar Shah, in person, at Delhi, 12th September 1713. Ordered by him to return Bundi to Maharao Budh Singh on 20th December 1715, but vacated that place only on 6th August 1716. Returned to Kotah with the Kesaria dhwaja, the two canons from Ranthambhor named Kattak Beejli and Dhool Dhani, the elephant gate from Bundi Palace, and a number of other trophies and family heirlooms. He conquered the forts of Gagron and Shergarh, and established control over the pargana and fort of Manoharthana. Renamed his state Nandgaon and assumed the titles of Singharaja, Krishna Das, and Brijendra, after he became a follower of Shri Brijnathji in 1719. Invested with the Mahi-o-Maratib and other insinia of royalty 1720. m. Ranawatji Maharani Sahiba, a daughter of Maharana Shri Amar Singh II, Maharana of Mewar. He was k. on the banks of the Narbada River at the Battle of Pandhar, fighting against Asaf Jah of Hyderabad, 19th June 1720, having had issue, five sons and a daughter:
 
1720 - 1723 Mahimahendra Maharao Raja Shri Arjun Singhji Sahib Bahadur, Maharao Raja of Kotah, eldest son of Mahimahendra Maharao Raja Shri Bhim Singhji Hada, Singharaja, Krishna Das, Brijendra Sahib Bahadur, Maharao Raja of Nandgaon, by his wife, the Udaipur princess, educ. privately. Succeeded on the death of his father, 9th June 1720. Appointed to an Imperial mansab of 5,000 zat and 5,000 sowar 1720. m. (first) a daughter of Bhao Singh of Halvad. m. (second) a sister of the Raj Rana Madho Singh Jhala, of Chitarkhera. He d.s.p.m. at Kotah Fort, October 1723 (succ. by his younger brother).
