1951 - 1963 H.H.Maharana Shri Rajendrasinghji Vijaysinhji Sahib, Maharaja of Rajpipla. b. at Chhatra Vilas Palace, Nandod, 30th March 1912, eldest son of Lieutenant-Colonel H.H. Maharana Shri Sir Vijaysinhji Chhatrasinhji Sahib, Maharaja of Rajpipla, GBE, KCSI, by his first wife, H.H. Maharani Shri Udaya Kunverba Sahiba, educ. Mayo Coll, Ajmer, and RMA, Woolwich. Cmsnd as temp Hon 2nd Lieut 1/6/1936, attached Royal Deccan Horse, IA 1/6-1/12/1936, Assist Collector at Poona 1936-1937, served in WW2 as instructor IA 1939-1943, Army Minister Rajpipla 1943-1948, Presdt Rajpipla Interim Executive Council 1946-1948. Succeeded on the death of his father, 29th April 1951. Installed on the gadi at the Fort, Rajpipla. Rcvd: Silver Jubilee (1935), Coron (1937), 1939/45 star, British War and India Service (1945) medals. m. at Chote Udepur, 5th March 1934, H.H. Maharani Shri Rasik Kunverba Sahiba (b. at Chote Udepur, 17th August 1915), second daughter of H.H. Maharaol Shri Fatehsinhji Motisinhji Sahib, Raja of Chote Udepur, by his first wife, H.H. Rani Shri Gulab Kunverba Sahiba, sister of Kumar Shri Ranjitsingh Narendrasingh Mahida, of Mandwa, in Surat. He d. at Bombay, 2nd February 1963, having had issue, one son and two daughters:

1963  H.H. Maharana Shri Raghubir Singhji Rajendrasinghji Sahib, Maharaja of Rajpipla. b. at Nandod, 29th May 1942, only son of H.H. Maharana Shri Rajendrasinghji Vijaysinghji Sahib, Maharaja of Rajpipla, by his wife, H.H. Maharani Shri Rasik Kunverba Sahib, educ. Daly Coll, Indore, Nowrosjee Wadia Coll, Poona (BA 1963), International Correspondence Schs (ICS), London (dpl. Business & Industrial Management), and Geneva Theological Coll, North Carolina, USA (LLD). Succeeded in the death of his father, 2nd February 1963. Ascended the gadi at Rajpipla, 3rd February 1963. The GOI amended the Indian Constitution to remove his guaranteed position as a “ruler” and his right to receive privy-purse payments, 28th December 1971. Hon.Consul for Barbados at Bombay since 1982. Hon Colonel Kentucky State National Guard 1981. Special Executive Magistrate for Maharashtra. Conservator of Wild Life (Gujarat). Dir/Partner R.R.Hotels Ltd, Raj Enterprises of Rajvant Palace Resort and Vijayraj Palace Hotel. Trustee of GSL English Medium Public Sch, RR Charitable Trust, Rajeshwar Mahadeo Trust, Tatya Baba Trust, etc. m. at Jaisalmer Fort, 5th March 1964, H.H. Maharani Rukmini Devi Sahiba (b. at Jaisalmer Fort, 1942), educ. Kamla Nehru Coll for Women (BA), Jodhpur, Rajasthan Univ (MA), Jaipur, and Inst of Catering, Bombay (dpl.), Convenor INTACH (Rajpipla), Dir Hotel Taj Ganges, Patron PEN (All India Centre, Bombay), Chair Shri Laxminath Charitable Trust, and Shreeji Coll of Fine Arts, Trustee RR Charitable Trust, Rajeshwar Mahadev Trust and Shri Tatya Baba Trust, and founder Mbr Raj Swachick Sewa Sanstha (Rajpipla), poet and author of "Aashadi badaal" (1998), youngest daughter of H.H. Rukn ud-Daula, Maharajadhiraj Raj Rajeshwar Parama Bhattarak Shri Maharawal Ji Girdhar Singhji Dev Bahadur, Yadukul Chandrawhal, Muzaffar Jang, Bijaimand, Maharaja of Jaisalmer, by his wife, H.H. Maharani Hawa Kanwar Sahiba. He had issue, one son and daughter:
