1674 - 1682 Zubdat ul-Mulk, Diwan Mahakhan Nawab Mujahid Khan Bahadur, Ghazi, Diwan of Palanpur, elder son of Diwan Mahakhan Firuz Kamal Khan Bahadur, Diwan of Palanpur, educ. privately. Deposed his father and ascended the musnaid, 1674. He d.s.p.m. 1682.

1682 - 1688 Diwan Mahakhan Salim Khan Bahadur, Diwan of Palanpur, younger son of Diwan Mahakhan Firuz Kamal Khan Bahadur, Diwan of Palanpur, educ. privately. Succeeded on the death of his elder brother, 1682. Deposed in favour of his father, 1688. He had issue, two sons:

1616-1674 & 1688-1704 Diwan Mahakhan Firuz Kamal Khan Bahadur, Diwan of Palanpur, educ. privately. Succeeded on the death of his nephew, 1614. Reconciled to the Mughals after many years of opposition, after he subdued the notorious outlaw, Kanji Koli. Rewarded for his services by Emperor Shah Jahan. Deposed in favour of his elder son in 1674, but restored after the deposition of his younger son in 1688. He d. 1704, having had issue, two sons:

1719 - 1732 Zubdat ul-Mulk, Diwan Mahakhan Nawab Karim Dad Khan Bahadur, Diwan of Palanpur, eldest son of Zubdat ul-Mulk, Diwan Mahakhan Nawab Firuz Khan II Bahadur, Ghazi, Diwan of Palanpur, educ. privately. Raised to the musnaid on the death of his father, 1721. Viceroy of Gujarat. Conquered Palanpur, Dhanera, Malana, Surbakri, Dabela, Roh and Sarotra from the Raja of Sirohi. He d. at Palanpur, 1732 (bur. Lohani Maqbara), having had issue:

1732 - 1743 Zubdat ul-Mulk, Diwan Mahakhan Nawab Pahar Khan II Bahadur, Diwan of Palanpur, son of Zubdat ul-Mulk, Diwan Mahakhan Nawab Karim Dad Khan Bahadur, Diwan of Palanpur, educ. privately. Raised to the musnaid on the death of his father, 1732. Forced to pay a tribute of 1 lakh to the Mahrattas in 1735. He d. at Palanpur, 1743 (bur. Lohani Maqbara), having had issue, an only son:
 
1743 - 1768 Zubdat ul-Mulk, Diwan Mahakhan Nawab Bahadur Khan Bahadur, Diwan of Palanpur, youngest son of Zubdat ul-Mulk, Diwan Mahakhan Nawab Firuz Khan II Bahadur, Ghazi, Diwan of Palanpur, educ. privately. Succeeded on the death of his nephew, 1743. Built the city walls around Palanpur. Obtained possession of Danera, Muljana, Sur, Bakri, Dabella, Serotra and Roha from the Raja of Sirohi. Forced to pay a tribute of 35,000 rupees to the Maratha Peshwa, after he had laid waste to the entire state, 1759. He d. at Palanpur, 1768 (bur. Lohani Maqbara), having had issue, a son:
 
1768 - 1781 Zubdat ul-Mulk, Diwan Mahakhan Nawab Salim Khan I Bahadur, Diwan of Palanpur, son of Nawabzada Ghazni Khan and grandson of Zubdat ul-Mulk, Diwan Mahakhan Nawab Bahadur Khan Bahadur, Diwan of Palanpur, educ. privately. Raised to the musnaid on the death of his paternal grand father, 1768. He d. at Palanpur, 1781 (bur. Lohani Maqbara), having had issue, several sons (most of whom were k. by Sher Khan) and one daughter:

1781 - 1788 Zubdat ul-Mulk, Diwan Mahakhan Nawab Sher Khan Bahadur, Diwan of Palanpur, only surviving son of Zubdat ul-Mulk, Diwan Mahakhan Nawab Salim Khan Bahadur, Diwan of Palanpur, educ. privately. Raised to the musnaid on the death of his father, 1781. He d.s.p.m. (poisoned by his sister), at Palanpur, 1788 (bur. Lohani Maqbara).

1788 - 1793 Zubdat ul-Mulk, Diwan Mahakhan Nawab Mubariz Khan II Babi Bahadur, Diwan of Palanpur, son of Nawabzadi Sona Bubu, daughter of Zubdat ul-Mulk, Diwan Mahakhan Nawab Salim Khan Bahadur, Diwan of Palanpur, educ. privately. Raised to the musnaid after the murder of his maternal uncle, 1788. Deposed and expelled, 1793.

1794 - 1812  Zubdat ul-Mulk, Diwan Mahakhan Nawab Firuz Khan III Khan Bahadur, Diwan of Palanpur. b. as Sahibzada Pir Khan, second son of Sahibzada Fateh Khan, educ. privately. Succeeded on the deposition of his cousin, 1794. Ascended the musnaid under the reign name of Firuz Khan III. Entered into treaty relations with the HEIC 1809. m. a daughter of Sahibzada Usman Khan. He was k. by his Sindi jemadars while out on shikar, 1812 (bur. Lohani Maqbara, Palanpur), having had issue, an only son:
