1864 - 1892 H.H. Raja Shrimant Narayanrao [Dada Sahib] Puar, Raja of Dewas (Junior). b. at Dewas 20^th December 1860, son of H.H. Raja Shrimant Haibatrao [Rao Sahib] Puar, Raja of Dewas (Junior), by his second wife, the sister of Shrimant Sardar Khanderao Dabhade Sahib, Senapati, of Talegaon, educ. the Residency Coll., Indore. Succeeded on the death of his father, 12^th May 1864. Installed on the gadi, at Dewas, 8^th August 1864. Reigned under a Council of Regency until he came of age and was invested with full ruling powers, at Dewas, 1877. Rcvd: Prince of Wales's gold medal (1876) and KIH gold medal (1877). m. (first) at Dewas, before 1883, H.H. Shrimant Akhand Soubhagyavati Rani Yeshodabai Raje Sahib Puar (d. at Dewas, November 1918), daughter of Meherban Shrimant Sardar Amritrao Ghatge, of Rupakhedi, in Dewas, a Sardar of the second class. m. (second) H.H. Shrimant Akhand Soubhagyavati Rani Krishnabai Raje Sahib Puar (b. ca. 1879), a daughter of the Piscal family in the Deccan. m. (third) H.H. Shrimant Akhand Soubhagyavati Rani … bai Raje Sahib Puar. He d.s.p. at Dewas, 19^th January 1892 (succ. by his adopted son).

1892 - 1934 H.H. Maharaja Shrimant Sir Malharrao Narayanrao [Baba Sahib] Puar, Maharaja of Dewas (Junior), KCSI (1.1.1917), KIH gold medal (14.6.1912). b. 10^th August 1877, elder son of Shrimant Jivajirao Haibatrao Maharaj [Khase Sahib] Puar, of Kothi Savasthan, sometime Heir Apparent of Dewas (Junior), educ. Daly Coll, Indore. Adopted by his uncle, 18^th January 1892 and succeeded him when he died the following day. Installed on the gadi, at Dewas, 22^nd September 1892. Reigned under a Council of Regency until he came of age and was invested with full ruling powers, 10^th August 1913. Attended the Coronation Durbars at Delhi in 1903 and 1911. Granted the hereditary title of Maharaja, in recognition of War services, 1^st January 1918. Rcvd: Delhi Durbar gold medals (1903 and 1911). m. (first) at Poona, 16^th March 1895, H.H. Shrimant Akhand Soubhagyavati Maharani Mhalsabai Maharaje Sahib Puar (b. ca. 1881; d.s.p. at Dewas, 8^th November 1908), daughter of Meherban Shrimant Sardar Shahajirao Bhonsle, a first class sardar of Savantwadi State. m. (second) (morganatic) at Dewas, 1912, Shrimant Akhand Soubhagyavati Prabhavatibai Maharaje Sahib Puar [Indira Bai] (b. at Goa, Portuguese India), daughter of Krishna Bai Salgoankar, of Bombay. He d. from heart failure, at Dewas, 4^th February 1934 having had issue one son and one daughter by his second wife:

1) Shrimant Maharaj Martandrao Malharrao [Dada Sahib] Bal Raje Puar. b. at Dewas, 19^th February 1919 (excluded from the succession on account of the morganatic nature of his parents' marriage), educ. He was k. in a house fire at Colinton, Darjeeling, 1951.
1) Shrimant Maharajkumari Shashiprabha Raje Sahib Puar [Shrimant Akhand Soubhagyavati Shashiprabha Raje Sahib Walia]. b. at Dewas, 1^st December 1921. m. Shrimant …Walia.
