Sinaitakala-'i-Langileka, 3rdTu'i TongaFefine. Became ruler of the Island of
Niu'atuputapu sometime during the latter part of the
sixteenth century. Received the Dutch merchants Jan
Schouten and Jacob Lemaire, at Niuatoputapu 12th
May 1616. He d. after 1616, having had issue, two
sons:

Hon. Uiliame Latumailangi, 7thMa'atu
of Niu'atuputapu. Succeeded on the death of his father.
Ceded the island of Niu'atuputapu, to King George Tupou I
on 4th June 1862, when Niu'atuputapu became an
integral part of the kingdom. Governor of Niu'atuputapu
1862-1877. Appointed as a hereditary noble of the Kingdom
of Tonga, 1875. He d. at Niu'atuputapu, 1877 (bur.
there).
