1765 - 1766 H.H. Shuja ul-Mulk, Najm ud-Daula, Nawab Sayyid Najm ud-din 'Ali Khan Bahadur, Mahabat Jang, Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa. b. ca. 1747, eldest surviving son of H.H. Shuja ul-Mulk, Hashim ud-Daula, Nawab Ja'afar 'Ali Khan Bahadur, Mahabat Jang, Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa, by his third wife, H.H. Munni Begum Sahiba, Gaddinashin Begum. Appointed as Heir Apparent with the title of Murshidzada Bahadur, by his father, 29th January 1764. Proclaimed as Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa on the death of his father, 5th February 1765 (confirmed by the HEIC 23rd February 1765). Formaly installed on the Khahar Balish, at Murshidabad Palace, 3rd March 1765 (confirmed by Emperor Shah Alam II 25th March 1765. Formally conferred the Dewani of the Provinces of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa on the Honourable East India Company 30th September 1766, which had previously been granted by Emperor Shah Alam II in 1765. m. (a) Bibi Ghasun (d. after 1816). He d.s.p. from a fever cought during a party given for Lord Clive, at Murshidabad Fort, 8th May 1766 (bur. Jafarganj Cemetery) (succ. by his younger brother).

1766 - 1770 H.H. Saif ul-Mulk, Shuja ud-Daula, Nawab Sayyid Najabat 'Ali Khan Bahadur [Mir Phulwari], Shahamat Jang, Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa. b. at Murshidabad, 1750, son of H.H. Shuja ul-Mulk, Hashim ud-Daula, Nawab Ja'afar 'Ali Khan Bahadur, Mahabat Jang, Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa, by his third wife, H.H. Munni Begum Sahiba, Gaddinashin Begum. Proclaimed as Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa on the death of his elder brother, 8th  May 1766. Formally installed on the Khahar Balish, at Murshidabad Fort, 22nd May 1766 (confirmed by Emperor Shah Alam II 27th June 1766). Reigned under the Regency of his mother, Munni Begum. He d.s.p. from smallpox, at Murshidabad Fort, 10th March 1770 (bur. Jafarganj Cemetery).

1770  H.H. Nawab Sayyid Ashraf 'Ali Khan Bahadur, Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa, fourth son of H.H. Shuja ul-Mulk, Hashim ud-Daula, Nawab Ja'afar 'Ali Khan Bahadur, Mahabat Jang, Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa, by Rahat un-nisa, educ. privately. Adopted by his aunt, Nafisat un-nisa Begum Sahiba [Manjhli Begum]. Proclaimed as Nawab Nazim of Bengal, Bihar and Orissa on the death of his brother, 11th March 1770. Formally installed on the Khahar Balish, at Murshidabad Fort, 21st March 1770. m. Nawab Sakina Begum Sahiba (d. at Murshidabad, before 29th July 1826). He d. of smallpox, at Murshidabad Fort, 24th March 1770 (bur. Jafarganj Cemetery), having had issue, one son and three daughters:
