The Order of the Crown of Tonga (Fakalangilangi ‘o Kalauni ‘o Tonga): founded by King George Tupou II on 6th April 1913 as a reward for exceptional services to the state and to the crown. Reorganised by King George Tupou V on 31st July 2008. Awarded in four classes (1. Knight Grand Cross - collar, badge, breast star and riband, 2. Grand Cross - badge, breast star and riband, 3. Commander - neck badge and ribbon, and 4. Member - badge and chest ribbon).

The Most Illustrious Order of Queen Salote Tupou III (Fakalangilangi Ma’olunga ‘o Kuini Salote Tupou III): founded by King George Tupou V on 28th June 2008 as primarily a family order for members of the Tongan and foreign Royal Families and for personal services to the sovereign. Awarded in four classes (1. Knight Grand Cross - collar, badge, breast star and riband, 2. Grand Cross - badge, breast star and riband, 3. Commander - neck badge and ribbon, and 4. Member - badge and chest ribbon).

The Royal Military Order of St George: founded by King George Tupou V in 2009 to reward distinguished and meritorious military services by members of the uniformed services. Awarded in five classes (1. Grand Cross, 2. Grand Officer, 3. Commander, 4. Officer, and 5. Member) and three medals (1. Gold, 2. Silver, and 3. Copper).

The Order of King George Tupou I (Fakalangilangi ‘o Kingi Sia'osi Tupou I): founded by King George Tupou I and awarded in three classes (1. Knight Grand Cross - badge, breast star and riband, 2. Knight Commander - neck badge and ribbon with breast star, and 3. Companion - badge and chest ribbon). Reformed and expanded by King George Tupou V  in 2009 into a purely Royal Family awarded for personal services to the Sovereign and the Royal Family.
