The Sultan Abu Bakar Medal - First Class in gold.

The Iron Medal for Valour and Meritorious Conduct (Pingat Besi Kerana Keberanian dan Jasa): instituted by Sultan Abu Baker in 1894 and reformed by Sultan Ibrahim on 17th September 1958. Awarded in two classes (1. First Class or Pangkat Pertama-PB I to reward acts of supreme valour, and 2. Second Class or Pangkat Kedua-PB II to reward acts of bravery and life-saving. The Medal for Long and Meritorious Service (Pingat Kerana Jasa dan Lama dalam Perkhidmatan): instituted by Sultan Abu Bakar on 31st July 1886 as a reward for the members of the Johore Military and Volunteer Forces and marines. The Medal for Long and Meritorious Service (PJP) obverse (L) and reverse (R).

The Medal for Long Service and Good Conduct (Pingat Kerana Lama dan Baik Dalam Pekerjaan): instituted by Sultan Abu Baker as a reward for the police and civil service. Reformed by Sultan Ibrahim on 17th September 1922. Awarded in a single class, a silver medal (PLP).

The Medal for Long Service and Good Conduct (PLP) obverse (L) and reverse (R).

The Sultan Ibrahim Medal (Pingat Ibrahim Sultan): instituted by Sultan Ibrahim to commemorate his Coronation on 2nd November 1895. Converted to a medal of merit on 17th September 1925 in celebration with his 30th anniversary on the throne, replacing the Sultan Abu Bakar Medal. Awarded in three classes (1. First class in Gold or Pangkat Pertama Emas-PIS I - reserved for members of the Royal Family and elder statesmen, 2. Second class in Silver or Pangkat Kedua Perak-PIS II - conferred in recognition of 20 years government service with loyalty, integrity and excellence by officers, staff and the public, and 3. Third class in bronze or Pangkat Ketiga Gangsa-no postnominals permitted - conferred in recognition of 17 years government service with loyalty, integrity and excellence support staff).

The Sultan Ibrahim Medal, second class (PIS II) obverse (L) and reverse (R).

The Sultan Ismail Star (Bintang Sultan Ismail): instituted by Sultan Ismail on 28th October 1977 and awarded in two classes (1. First class in Gold (crown only) or Pangkat Pertama Emas-BSI I, and 2. Second class in Silver or Pangkat Kedua Perak-BSI II). These decorations effectively serve as the third and fourth classes of the Most Blessed Order of Loyalty to Sultan Ismail of Johor - see Orders.

The Sultan Ibrahim of Johor Medal (Pingat Sultan Ibrahim Johor): instituted by Sultan Ibrahim II to commemorate his Coronation on 30th March 2015. Awarded in three classes (1. First class in Gold or Pangkat Pertama Emas-PSI I, 2. Second class in Silver or Pangkat Kedua Perak-PSI II, and 3. Third class in bronze or Pangkat Ketiga Gangsa-PSI III).

The Sultan Ibrahim and Helen Ibrahim Medal (Pingat Perkahwinan Sultan Ibrahim Johor): instituted by Sultan Ibrahim on 8th May 1932 to commemorate his marriage to Sultana Helen Ibrahim on 15th October 1930 and her Coronation as Sultana on 18th November 1931. Awarded in three classs (1. First Class in gold, 2. Second Class in silver, and 3. Third Class in bronze).

The Sultan Ibrahim Diamond Jubilee Medal (Pingat Jubli Intan Sultan Ibrahim): instituted by Sultan Ibrahim to commemorate his Diamond Jubilee in 1955. Awarded in three classes (1. First class in Gold or Pangkat Pertama Emas, 2. Second class in Silver or Pangkat Kedua Perak, and 3. Third class in bronze or Pangkat Ketiga Gangsa).

The Sultan Ibrahim Memorial Medal: instituted by Sultan Ismail to commemorate the life of his late father, Sultan Ibrahim on 8th May 1959. Awarded in a single class, a silver medal.

First class in Gold or Pangkat Pertama Emas, 2. Second class in Silver or Pangkat Kedua Perak, and 3. Third class in bronze or Pangkat Ketiga Gangsa).
