1900 - 1937 Raja Shrimant Sir Malojirao IV Raje Ghorpade Bahadur [Nana Sahib], Raja of Mudhol, KCIE (1.1.1920). b. at Mudhol Palace, 14th June 1884, second son of Meherban Shrimant Vyankatrao II Raje Ghorpade Bahadur [Baba Sahib], Chief of Mudhol, by his wife, Shrimant Akhand Soubhagyavati Vithabai Raje Ghorpade, educ. privately. Appointed as Heir Apparent after the death of his elder brother and invested with the title of Yuvraj Sahib. Succeeded on the death of his father, 19th June 1900. Reigned under a Council of Regency until he came of age and was invested with full ruling powers, at the Durbar Hall, Mudhol Palace, 1904. Granted recognition of the hereditary territorial title of Raja, 3rd June 1922. Cmsnd as Hon 2nd-Lieut British Army 2/4/1916, served in the Great War in Egypt and the Middle East 1916-1918, attached 32nd Imperial Service Bde, prom Hon Lieut 26/9/1931. Colonel-in-Chief Sajjansinh Infantry. Granted a permanent salute of 9-guns in recognition of his war services, 1st January 1918. Abdicated in favour of his eldest son, 9th November 1937. Rcvd: Delhi Durbar gold medals (1903 & 1911), 1914/15 Star (1918), British War (1918), Allied Victory (1918), Silver Jubilee (1935) and Coron. (1937) medals. m. (first) at Mahableshwar, 4th May 1896, Shrimant Sakal Soubhagyavati Rani Parvatibai Raje Ghorpade (d. at Mudhol, 9th May 1923), second daughter of Meherban Shrimant Sardar Sambhajirao Maharaj Sahib Puar, of Multan, in Dhar. m. (second) 27th October 1925, Shrimant Sakal Soubhagyavati Rani Parvatidevi Raje Ghorpade, Regent of Mudhol during the minority of her youngest and only surviving son 9th November 1937 to 10th July 1947, rcvd: Silver Jubilee (1935) and Coron (1937) medals, daughter of Kumar Shri Mohabatsinhji Jadeja, of Moda, in Nawanagar. He d. at Bombay, 14th November 1937, having had issue, two sons and one daughter by his first and one son by his second wife:

Raja Shrimant Bhairavsinhrao Raje Ghorpade Bahadur, Raja of Mudhol. b. at Mudhol Palace, 4th October 1929, youngest and only surviving son of Raja Shrimant Sir Malojirao IV Raje Ghorpade Bahadur [Nana Sahib], Raja of Mudhol, KCIE, by his second wife, Shrimant Sakal Soubhagyavati Parvatidevi Raje Sahib Ghorpade, sometime Regent of Mudhol, educ. at the Doone House Preparatory Sch, Westgate-on-Sea, Isle of Thanet, Kent, the Doon Sch, Dehra Dun, and the Shivaji Military Sch, Poona. Appointed as Heir Apparent after the death of his elder brother and invested with the title of Yuvraj Sahib, 1935. Succeeded on the abdication of his father, 9th November 1937. Reigned under the Regency of his mother until he came of age and was invested with full ruling powers, at the Darbar Hall, Mudhol Palace, 10th July 1947. Signed the instrument of accession to the Dominion of India, 15th August 1947. Granted the style of His Highness 1st January 1948. Merged his state into the Bombay Presidency , 8th March 1948. Colonel-in-Chief Sajjansinh Infantry 1937-1948. The Government of India amended the Indian Constitution to remove his position as a "ruler" and his right to receive privy-purse payments, 28th December 1971. Rcvd: Silver Jubilee (1935), Coron (1937), and Indian Independence (1948) medals. m. (first) at Rajkot, 12th March 1948, H.H. Shrimant Sakal Soubhagyavati Rani Pramula Raje Ghorpade, nee Kunveri Ba Shri Pramulakunvaribai Sahiba, second daughter of H.H. Thakore Shri Pradyumansinhji [Prahladsinhji] Lakhajiraj Sahib, Thakore Sahib of Rajkot, by his wife, H.H. Thakorani Shri Narendrakunverba Sahiba. m. (second) H.H. Shrimant Sakal Soubhagyavati Rani Indira Raje Bhairavsinhrao Ghorpade. He d. from severe injuries received in a car crash, 1984, having had issue, an only daughter by his second wife:
