1862 - 1907 H.H. Maharana Shri Sir Jaswantsinhji Fatehsinhji Sahib, Thakore Sahib of Limbdi, KCIE (30.6.1887). b. at the City Palace, Limbdi, 23rd May 1859, elder son of H.H. Maharana Shri Fatehsinhji Bhojraji Sahib, Thakore Sahib of Limbdi, by his wife, H.H. Rani Shri Hariba Kunverba Sahiba, sometime Regent of Limbdi, educ. Rajkumar Coll., Rajkot. Succeeded on the death of his father, 30th January 1862. Reigned under a Council of Regency presided over by his mother, until he came of age and was invested with full ruling powers, at the City Palace, Limbdi, 1st August 1877. MLC representing the rulers of Saurashtra in the Bombay Legislative Cncl. 1884-1886 (the first such appoinment). Received a sanad of adoption, 15th October 1890. Attended the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the Queen-Empress Victoria in London in 1887, and the Coronation Durbar at Delhi in 1903. Granted the personal style of His Highness. An able administrator who introduced a large number of reforms, established a municipal council, instituted modern law courts, constructed fine irrigation works and schools, and was deeply interested in literature, religion and philosophy. He was one of the first ruling princes of India to visit and tour Europe, bringing back the most up to date modern ideas for improving the lot of his people. Mbr. Rajkumar Coll. Cttee. 1879-1907. (first) Rani Shri Mongliba Kunverba Sahiba (d. at the City Palace, Limbdi, November 1896), of Bella. m. (second) at the Fort, Rajpipla, 1879, H.H. Rani Shri Bama Bairajba Kunverba Sahiba [Rani Bama Sahib] (d. after 1935), eldest daughter of H.H. Maharana Shri Gambhirsinhji Verisalji Sahib, Raja of Rajpipla. He d.s.p. at Limbdi, 15th April 1907, when he was succeeded by his kinsman and adopted heir.

1907 - 1940 Colonel H.H. Maharana Shri Sir Daulatsinhji Jasvatsinhji Sahib Bahadur, Thakore Sahib of Limbdi, KCSI (1.1.1931), KCIE (1.1.1921). b. at Bodi, 11th July1868, seventh child of Rana Shri Muluji Sahib, of Bodi, by his wife, Rani Shri Jijiba Kunverba Sahiba, educ. Anglo-Vernacular Sch. and Jamnagar High Sch. Entered Nawanagar State Service and served as Col. Cdt. Nawanagar State Forces 1892-1903, attached 5th Royal Irish Lancers 1896-1903, C-in-C Porbandar State Forces 1903-1907. Represented India at the State opening of the first Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia in Melbourne, 1901. Designated as his Heir Apparent by H.H. Maharana Shri Sir Jaswantsinhji Fatehsinhji Sahib, shortly before his death. Recognised as successor by the Government of India, with effect from 15th April 1907. Installed on the gadi, at the City Palace, Limbdi, 14th April 1908 and formally adopted in public Durbar by the widow of his predecessor, H.H. Rani Shri Bama Bairajba Kunverba Sahiba, 6th May 1908. Hon. Col. Nawanagar Lancers (Dadubha Risala). Received a personal salute of 11-guns, in recognition of his services towards the War effort during the Great War, 1st January 1918. An energetic and supremely able ruler who continued the fine traditions of his predecessor, and who embelished his little capital and state with fine buildings, municipal and public works, patronised schools and supported scholarships. Jadeji Rani Shri Balubha Kunverba Sahiba (b. 1857), daughter of Shri Jetijisinhji Jadeja, of Panshasara, in Nawanagar. He d. at the Digbhuvan, Limbdi, 30th September 1940, having had issue, four sons and three daughters:

1940 - 1941 H.H. Maharana Shri Digvijaysinhji Daulatsinhji Sahib Bahadur, Thakore Sahib of Limbdi. b. at Jamnagar 10th April 1896, eldest son of Colonel H.H. Maharana Shri Sir Daulatsinhji Jasvatsinhji Sahib Bahadur, Thakore Sahib of Limbdi, KCSI, KCIE, by his wife, H.H. Rani Shri Balubha Kunverba Sahiba. educ. Rajkumar College, Rajkot, Eton and with the ICC at Dehra Dun. Succeeded on the death of his father, 30th September 1940. Presdt. Shri Ghanshyamsinhji Club (Limbdi), Mbr. Willingdon (Bombay), and Rajputana (Mount Abu) Clubs. Rcvd: Silver Jubilee (1935), and Coron. (1937) medals. m. (first) at Himatnagar, 20th May 1910, H.H. Bada Rathorji Rani Shri Nandkunverba Sahiba (b. at Ahmadnagar, 1898), eldest daughter of H.H. Maharajadhiraja Maharajaji Sir Keshrisinhji Jowansinghji Sahib Bahadur, Maharaja of Idar, KCSI, by his third wife, H.H. Zaliji Maharani Baiji Udai Kunwarba Maji Sahib, daughter of Raj Rana Shri Harisinhji [Haribha] Ranmalji Sahib, of Sokhada, sometime Chief Minister of Dhrangadhra. m. (second) H.H. Ladi Rathorji Rani Shri Pravin Kunverba Sahiba [H.H. The Rajmata Sahiba of Limbdi] (d. after 1968), a lady from Jodhpur. He d. at Limbdi 6th January 1941, having had issue, two sons and two daughters:

1941 H.H. Maharana Shri Chatrashailyasinhji [Chhatrasalji] Digvijaysinhji Sahib Bahadur [Lalji Bapu Sahib], Thakore Sahib of Limbdi. b. at Limbdi, 19th February 1940, second son of H.H. Maharana Shri Digvijaysinhji Daulatsinhji Sahib Bahadur, Thakore Sahib of Limbdi, by his second wife, H.H. Ladi Rathorji Rani Shri Pravin Kunverba Sahiba, educ. Rajkumar College, Rajkot. Succeeded on the death of his father, 6th January 1941. Reigned under a Council of Regency until Limbdi acceded to the Dominion of India, 15th August 1947. His state merged into the United State of Kathiawad (saurashtra) 15th February 1948. The GOI amended the Indian Constitution to remove his position as a "ruler" and his right to receive privy-purse payments, 28th December 1971 Hotelier, businessman and motor car enthusiast. Rukn ud-Daula, Maharajadhiraj Raj Rajeshwar Parama Bhattarak Sri Maharawal Ji Shri Girdhar Singhji Dev Bahadur, Yadukul Chandrawhal, Muzaffar Jung, Bijaimand, Maharaja of Jaisalmer, by his first wife, H.H. Maharani Shri Damayanti Devi Sahiba, elder daughter of H.H. Raja Shri Sir Arjun Singhji Sahib Bahadur, Raja of Narsingarh, KCIE. m. (second) H.H. Rani Shri Snehlata Kumari Sahiba, daughter of Thakur Rana Jayendra Singh, Thakur of Kathiwara, by his wife, Rani Dharmindra Kunverba Sahiba, daughter of H.H. Maharana Shri Digvijaysinhji Daulatsinhji Sahib, Thakore Sahib of Limbdi. He had issue, one son and one daughter:
