1900 - 1926 Lieutenant-Colonel H.H. Umdai Rajahai Buland Makan Diwan Maharaja Shri Sir Madan Singhji Bahadur, Maharaja of Kishangarh, KCSI (12.12.1911), KCIE (1.1.1909). b. at Kishangarh, 1st November 1884, second son of H.H. Umdai Rajahai Buland Makan Maharaja Shri Sir Sadul Singhji Sahib Bahadur, Maharaja of Kishangarh, by his wife, H.H. Maharani Shri Jas Kunwarji Sahiba, educ. privately and with the Imperial Cadet Corps, Dehra Dun. Succeeded on the death of his father, 18th August 1900. Installed on the gadi, at the Durbar Hall, Kishangarh, 29th August 1900. Reigned under a Council of Regency, until he came of age and was invested with full ruling powers, 11th December 1905. Cmsnd as Hon Capt 5/2/1908, prom Hon Maj 12/12/1911, served in the Great War with the IEF in France 1914-1915 (MID), prom Hon Lieut-Col 1/8/1917. Granted a personal salute of 17-guns, in recognition of his war services, 1st January 1921. Rcvd: Delhi Durbar gold medals (1903 and 1911), 1914 star, British War and Allied Victory medals (1918). m. (first) at Udaipur, 9th February 1904, H.H. Maharani Ankaran Bai Sahiba, fourth daughter of H.H. 108 Sri Maharajadhiraja Raj Rajeshwar Ravi Kula Bushana-Mahi Mahindra Yavadarya Kula Kamaldhivakara Chattis Rajkul Singar Maharana Sir Fateh Singh Bahadur, Hindua Suraj, Hindupati, Maharana of Udaipur, GCSI, GCIE, GCVO. m. (second) 1911, H.H. Maharani Yeshwant Kunverba Sahiba, youngest daughter of Thakore Shri Raisinhji Jijibhai Sahib Jadeja, Thakore Sahib of Khirasra. m. (third) … He d. at Kishangarh, 25th September 1926 (succ. by his adopted son), having had issue, three daughters:

1971 H.H. Umdai Rajahai Buland Makan Maharaja Shri Brajraj Singhji Bahadur, Maharaja of Kishangarh. b. at Phool Mahal, Payandaz Bagh, Kishangarh, 22nd August 1953, son of H.H. Umdai Rajahai Buland Makan Maharaja Shri Umdag Sumer Singhji Bahadur, Maharaja of Kishangarh, by his wife, H.H. Maharani Shrimati Gita Kumari Sahiba, educ. Mayo Coll., Ajmer. Succeeded on the death of his father, 16th February 1971 (formally recognised by the President of India, being one of the last princes to be so recognised by the republic). The GOI amended the Indian Constitution to remove his position as a “ruler” and his right to receive privy-purse payments, 28th December 1971. Proprietor of the Roopnagarh and Phool Mahal heritage hotels in Kishangarh, and Kishangarh House in Mount Abu. Author and lecturer on the Radha style and Kishangarh School of miniature painting. Patron and Life Mbr Mayo College General Council. Presdt Rajasthan Kayaking and Canoeing Assoc. Mbr Cycle Polo Fed of India, Delhi Gymkhana Club, etc. m. 9th November 1981, H.H. Maharani Shri Meenakshi Devi Sahiba, daughter of Thakur Shri Kalyan Singh, of Gagret, in Himachal Pradesh. He has issue, two daughters:
