1495 - 1510 Ali‘i Hakau-a-Liloa, 2nd Ali‘i-nui ‘Aimoku no Hawaii Aupuni. b. ca. 1465, elder son Ali‘i Liloa, 1st Ali‘i-nui ‘Aimoku no Hawaii Aupuni, by his senior wife, Pinea. Succeeded on the death of his father, ca. 1495. m. Kukukalani, daughter of Pae. He d. ca. 1510, having had issue, an only surviving daughter:

Ali‘i Keawe-nui-a-‘Umi, 16th Moi of Hawaii (b. ca. 1505; d. ca. 1575), second son of Ali‘i ‘Umi-a-Liloa, 3rd i>Ali‘i-nui ‘Aimoku no Hawaii Aupuni, by his third wife and half-sister, Ali‘ Kapukini, daughter of Ali‘i Liloa, 1st Ali‘i-nui ‘Aimoku no Hawaii Aupuni.                 • b. Ali‘i Keohohiwa I (d/o ‘Ululan’i). m. Ali‘i The Hon Kepo-o-kalani, son of Ali‘i The Hon Kame’eiamoku, sometime Counsellor of State to King Kamehameha the Great, by his wife, Ali‘i Kamakaeheukuli, daughter of Ali‘ii Ha’ae-a-Mahi, of Kauai. She had issue, a son – see Kauai.
              • 1. Ali‘i Kauuikanihele (d/o Keokilele). m. Kauloa. She had issue:
                • a. Kaunahi.
              • 2. Ali‘i Kalani-wahine-‘uli (d/o Kahiki-o-kalani). m. as his second wife, Kalaniopu’u-a-Kaiamamao, 6th Ali‘i ‘Aimoku of Kohala, 4th Ali‘i ‘Aimoku of Kona, 2nd Ali‘i ‘Aimoku of Kau, and Moi of Hawaii Island (d. at Waioahukini, Kau, April 1782), elder son of Ali‘i Kai’inamao Kalani-nui-i-a-mamao, 1st Ali‘i ‘Aimoku of Kau, by his first wife, Ali‘i Kamaka’imoku, daughter of Ku-a-Nu’uanu, of Oahu. She had issue – see below.
              • 3. Ali‘i Hakau Kalanikukaulala (d/o Moana). m. (first) Kalaniopu’u-a-Kaiamamao, 6th Ali‘i ‘Aimoku of Kohala, 4th Ali‘i ‘Aimoku of Kona, 2nd Ali‘i ‘Aimoku of Kau, and Moi of Hawaii Island (d. at Waioahukini, Kau, April 1782), elder son of Ali‘ii Kai’inamao Kalani-nui-i-a-mamao, 1st Ali‘i ‘Aimoku of Kau, by his first wife, Ali‘i Kamaka’imoku, daughter of Ku-a-Nu’uanu, of Oahu. (third) Ali‘i Kalanimanookaho‘owaha [Kana‘ina I] (b. ca. 1756; k. at Nu’uanu, 1796), son of Ali‘i Aha‘ula, by his first wife, Ali‘i Kaupekamoku, daughter of Ali‘i Mokulani, 6th Ali‘i ‘Aimoku of Hilo.               • 4. Ali‘i Puhipuhi’ili (d/o Elepaio). m. Ali‘i The Hon Kame’eiamoku (d. 1802), Counsellor of State to King Kamehameha I the Great, twin son of Ali‘i Keawe-poi-poi, by his second wife, Kanoena. She had issue, one daughter – see Hawaii (Kauai).
          • (a) Ali‘i Lono-ma’a-i-kanaka, Ali‘i ‘Aimoku of Kau (d/o Pi’ilani-wahine). m. (first) Ali‘i Hulu, younger son of Ali‘i Nu’uanu, by his second wife, Kapulehu-naihele, by whom she had issue, one son and one daughter – see below. m. (second) Keawe-i-Kekahiali‘i-o-kamoku, 21st Moi of Hawaii (b. ca. 1665; d. 1754), son of Ali‘i Keakealani, 20th Moi of Hawaii, by her first husband and first cousin, Ali‘i Kanaloa-i-Kaiwilena Kapulehu.           • (b) Ali‘i Kapaihia‘ahu-wahine (d/o Kaoui-o-kalani). m.             • (i) Ali‘i Wohi Mokulani, 6th Ali‘i ‘Aimoku of Hilo. m. (first) Ali‘i Niau, daughter of Ali‘i Ku‘imeheua, of Maui, by his wife, Kalanikuiwalono. m. (second) Ali‘i Papaikani‘au Lono-i-Kaniau, former wife of Ali‘i Kaulahea-nui-‘o-kamoku [Kaulahea II] 22nd Ali‘i ‘Aimoku of Maui, and daughter of Ali‘i ‘Umi-a-Liloa II, of Maui. (b) Lo Keoki Paulete a.k.a Admiral Lord George Paulet, CB (b. 12th August 1803; m. at the Church of All Souls, Marylebone, Middlesex, 11th July 1835, Georgina, daughter of Major-General Sir George Wood, KCB, of Ottershaw Park, Co Surrey, and d. 22nd November 1879), third son of The Most Hon Charles Ingoldsby (Paulet), 13th Marquess of Winchester, PC, Groom of the Stole to the King, by his wife, The Most Hon Anne, Marchioness of Winchester, second daughter of John Andrews, Esq, of Shotney Hall, Northumberland. She d. at Honolulu, Oahu, 1844, having had issue, a daughter:
                    • 1a. Ali‘i Hanakaulani-o-Kamamalu. d. at Honolulu, Oahu, 1842 (although several online pages give her year of birth as 1843 or even 1844, the date on her gravestone is 1842, suggesting that Paulet could not have fathered her, he arrived at Honolulu on 11th February 1843). m. Owen Jones Holt (b. at Honolulu, Oahu, 15th March 1842; d. at Makaha, Honolulu, Oahu, 10th June 1891, bur. there at the Holt Mausoleum, Kawaiaha‘o Churchyard), second son of Robert William Holt, of Makaha, Honolulu, Oahu, originally from Liverpool, by his wife, Tauwati Caroline, daughter of James Robinson, and a relative of Kalanimoku. Holt. She d. at Honolulu, Oahu, 14th September 1904 (bur. there at Oahu Cemetery), having had issue, nineteen children of whom nine survived.
              • 2. Ali‘i Luukia-wahine. m. Ehu. She had issue, a daughter:
                • a. Kapehe (another account says that this Kapehe was the d/o P. Keolewa-wahine and Opuainapeu). m. Kahai. She had issue, one son and two daughters:

          • (a) Ali‘i Ku‘a Nu‘uanu (s/o Kealomako). m. as her third husband, Ali‘i ‘Umi‘ula-a-Ka‘ahumanu‘u (m. fourth, Ali‘i Kukeleiaiku, by whom she had a son - see Maui), former wife of Ali‘i Kapaihia‘ahukane, of Hilo and Waianae, and previously wife of Ali‘i Keawe-i-Kekahiali‘i-o-kamoku, 21st Moi of Hawaii, and daughter of Ali‘i Mahi-‘o-lole, 2nd Ali‘i ‘Aimoku of Kohala, by his second wife, Ali‘i Kanekuka‘ailani, daughter of Ali‘i ‘I-a-Makua-nui, 3rd Ali‘i ‘Aimoku of Hilo.
